Where business meets artificial intelligence.

I turn business problems into things people can actually use — with research, AI, and a fair amount of curiosity.

See the work
Method

How I actually think.

Eight steps, stated plainly. Not a framework I read in a book — the shape my work keeps taking whether I plan it or not.

01
Problem

Say the problem the way the person living it would say it. If I can't do that yet, I don't understand it.

02
Research

Numbers, people, and context. Never just one of the three.

03
Pattern

The insight is the connection nobody else drew — not a new fact, a new link between two facts already sitting there.

04
Strategy

A bet, not a to-do list — as clear about what we're not doing as what we are.

05
AI

Used where it actually saves time or surfaces something real. If it doesn't, it's decoration.

06
Prototype

Something people can react to, not admire.

07
Iterate

Cut the version I liked best if the feedback disagrees with it.

08
Outcome

A decision, a launch, a real change. If nothing moved, it wasn't the plan — it was a deck.

I want to keep doing work that sits between a business problem and the people it actually affects — using research and AI to get there faster, but never skipping the part where you have to actually understand what you're looking at.

Next chapter

"A recommendation is only worth as much as the decision someone can actually make because of it."
